Our experience at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. While the location is beautiful and the rooms were generally clean, there were some serious issues with the service that left a bad impression. The breakfast offered a good variety, but some other amenities could use improvement, particularly the noise levels near the beach.

I had a lovely stay at the Mercure, which provided a clean and comfortable atmosphere with a fantastic beach area. The staff were polite and accommodating, but I did notice that the hotel could use some updates to compete with others in the area. While the breakfast selection was limited, the overall experience was enjoyable with a great location for exploring Sanur.

Our stay was delightful overall, tucked away in a peaceful area of Sanur surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens. The rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable, though the shower did have some flooding issues.
