Mercure Resort Sanur, Sanur (Bali)

Our experience at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. While the location is beautiful and the rooms were generally clean, there were some serious issues with the service that left a bad impression. The breakfast offered a good variety, but some other amenities could use improvement, particularly the noise levels near the beach.

I had a lovely stay at the Mercure, which provided a clean and comfortable atmosphere with a fantastic beach area. The staff were polite and accommodating, but I did notice that the hotel could use some updates to compete with others in the area. While the breakfast selection was limited, the overall experience was enjoyable with a great location for exploring Sanur.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort, which provided a serene escape right by the beach. The room was spacious and felt like a home away from home, with lovely views of the gardens. The service was attentive and friendly, but the dining experience in the hotel restaurant left much to be desired. Overall, it was a great value for money, especially considering the exceptional yoga facilities and amazing spa nearby.

Our stay was delightful overall, tucked away in a peaceful area of Sanur surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens. The rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable, though the shower did have some flooding issues. The friendly staff made our experience enjoyable, especially at the beach bar with fantastic cocktails. However, the dining could use improvement as the food was too pricey for the quality offered, which fell short compared to local options.
